Key to Healthy Aging
Daily exercise is key to healthy aging. Maintaining flexibility and balance reduces your risk of injury and having a better range of motion. Yoga is an easy and fun way to help me stay flexible and balanced — not to mention the added benefits of strength and tone in my muscles. It has been cumbersome and shaky to use yoga blocks that were heavy and clunky and most times, I don’t grab them at my local studio because I don’t want to slip trying to use them. However, without their help, I often don’t get into poses comfortably and deeply.
I am so thrilled that AJNA Yoga Blocks are beveled with narrow edges, allowing smaller hands to get a good grip, which allow you to get into poses more comfortably and seamlessly. I know few people have the confidence to attempt stretches and balances that might otherwise seem unattainable. However, this is a great yoga accessory for both beginning and advanced yogis.
What’s Not To Love
I love AJNA‘s new Pro Yoga Mat and Yoga Blocks! Not only are they stunningly beautiful to look at, their designs help set the tone for a zen workout. Kudos to ANJA’s founders for designing pieces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. They are a valuable addition to my yoga tools. Anything that helps me sustain my daily practice of increasing my flexibility, balance and strength makes me happy!
