Happy Tuesday my friends! How are you all doing? All weekend I have been walking with a gimp leg! I lifted more than I should of while doing a lounge with my left leg on the assisted Smith Machine bar weight and tweaked my left knee. My husband asked that I rest my leg and not exercise.
