Feeling a lot sluggish lately? Are your digestive issues causing you immense trouble? Perhaps it’s time to get tested for some food sensitivities? Food intolerances can cause a variety of unpleasant symptoms such as bloating, cramping and heartburn. I know because I have been through all of this and worse! I felt bloated like all the time – to the point where my clothes felt tight even after eating what one would deem as healthy foods. And, I always felt low on energy, which made me realize that there is something that I’m doing wrong with the types of foods I am ingesting. Plus, looking like you are 7 months pregnant when you are not, isn’t a cute look! I was dying to find a solution to my bloat which was negatively impacting my lifestyle, health and aesthetic (yes, you can call me vain).

I then spent weeks researching on the Internet and trying to put two and two together, when I finally came across the fact that I might be intolerant to some foods that I’m eating on a day to day basis. That is when I got my hands on the YorkTest Laboratories Food&DrinkScan Premium Test, which is a complete food intolerance test that helps you identify the main culprits behind those issues! It requires you to extract the tiniest bit of blood from your finger (similar to a sugar test) and mail it to the YorkTest Laboratories for thorough testing and analysis.

This Food&DrinkScan Premium Test has been one of the most life-changing things for me and the outcome I received was shocking, to say the least! I was flabbergasted to find out that I am intolerant to around 40 food items that are either categorized as an “avoid” or “borderline.” The results were incredibly fast and accurate. YorkTest Laboratories have been around for over 35 years and have helped so many women, men and children with their digestive health concerns. Removing food triggers have helped me relieve my digestive troubles and my guts are so happy. I found the foods that were flaring up my insides and completely eliminated them from my diet. I am at peace knowing I am healing myself from the inside out. Now, I feel lighter, happier and a lot more energetic! And, I am happy to report my annoying bloat issues have subsided quite quickly. This huge bit of knowledge makes me feel so empowered about my health and wellness. The only regret I now have is I wish I had taken the test a bit sooner.

Are you suffering from digestive issues? Do y0u wonder if your favorite foods are the culprit to your tummy problems?

I did the FODMAP diet and discovered I was sensitive to dairy so now all my digestive issues are gone. But you have to check labels carefully, dairy is hidden in a variety of things that you wouldn’t even think has dairy in them. It’s good to bring this subject to people’s attention, sometimes it helps people figure things out.

My tummy is sensitive to FODMAP foods too! You are right dairy is in everything. This is one of my triggers. Thank you so much for stopping by!

My husband needs to do this. He always has digestive issues. I might have to pick this up for him. I swear he’s partly lactose intolerant.

At times I think I should also take such a test. It would make many problems related to digestive issues clear and I would probably feel much better not only at the end of the day, but all the time in general! 🙂

It’s nice to know that a home test like this exists. I have had periods in my life where I felt like I had some sensitivities to a few different foods and I could definitely see this being helpful during that time.

I have had food sensitivities to a variety of “healthy” foods. High iron and vitamin c foods are a no-no for me. When I avoid them, I feel so much better. Being able to have learned this without all the trials and tribulations would have been a blessing.

    • June 10, 2019 / 12:07 pm

Hi Jasmine! That is a great idea. This test identifies food sensitivities, so if you are suffering from any digestive issues (bloat, gas, diarrhea, and constipation) this is what the test will pin point – those certain food triggers.

  25. June 9, 2019 / 8:51 pm

This is great! So many people live their lives with issues and have no idea! I found out I was Gluten intolerant and it was a life changer for me! Fewer migraines, more energy… was just amazing! I would love to use this and see if there are other intolerances I have that would help improve the quality of my life.

    • June 10, 2019 / 12:01 pm

Hi Wren! I am so glad you found out that you are gluten intolerant. This knowledge makes all the difference. I do hope you get a chance to try this test. It tests a myriad of different foods and drinks. It was so helpful for me. Thanks for stopping by!

Never heard of this before! I’m interested! I don’t know if I have digestive issues but I do feel the same way as you. All I know is that I’m feeling like that because of my hormone imbalance. I’ll check this out!

    • June 10, 2019 / 12:00 pm

Hi Joyce! I definitely hope you get a chance to try this test. It has helped me so much!

  27. June 11, 2019 / 5:45 am

THis is very interesting! My daughter feels this way and I think it has to do with her hormones.
