I have to let you know that I did not touch the color blue or any shade of it until I had my son Elijah. With having two girls back-to-back, the color of the day and everyday was pink! It wasn’t until giving birth to a boy that I decided that I would give the color blue a try in my style and home design.
Well, let me tell you have I have pops of blue everywhere in my home. There is blue in my accent pillows, ceramic decor pieces, and framed artwork. Being surrounded by many beautiful beaches in Orange County and my son’s affinity for the color blue, it now has a permanent place in our lives.
Blue is the color of the sky and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. It symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, trust, and heaven. Blue is considered beneficial to the mind and body. – Pro Color Wheel
